Welcome to Farmborough Church of England VC Primary School

1857 - 2007 150 years

Welcome to Farmborough School which is a traditional Church school, set in the heart of the village, serving the needs of the community and well beyond.  Every child here is valued as an individual, and there is a strong Christian ethos of caring and acceptance, recognising and celebrating each child as unique and special.

In 2007 we celebrated our 150th anniversary with celebrations which involved the whole community.  As well as celebrating all that has happened in our past, we are also equipping the school for the new millennium, with exciting projects which bring new technology right into the classroom, building on our strengths in ICT.

This school works in partnership with families and with the wider community.  In January  2007 Farmborough Community Playgroup moved to our school site.  In addition we have a Breakfast Club every morning.

Do please come and look round our school.  This is a school that really cares about each child, working in partnership with parents to ensure that they achieve in every way.  Our academic results are good, but even more important is our commitment to care for your child and help him or her grow up into a happy and confident young person, able to respond to the challenges of tomorrow.

We have a superb staff team in place, and wonderful children.  We look forward to meeting you.
