We've been in the US for exactly one month now. We're enjoying lovely warm weather around 26 degrees.

Our journey took 27 hours but that seems a long time ago now that I'm finishing my third week at New Sarpy Elementary school. It's been really weird for me with all the different local accents. I'm pleased that Mummy and Daddy say I still sound English!

Time for the beacon trip really excited!!!!

One more week to go until we leave for The Beacon. I hope that Class 4 are helping parents to get all of their things organised! Let's hope that the weather is as good as it's been this weekend. Class 3 , make sure that you work hard for Miss Higgs and Mrs Hewett who will be looking after you that week.

I found your website and noticed a photo of my grandmother (Mrs Ford) opening the 150 years celebration.
I attended Farmborough school in 1950/51 while we lived at Hobbs Wall. My family then moved to Tetbury and in 1960 we moved to Australia. My two daughters attended the school for few months in 1975 while we visited my grandmother for a few months. I believe my mother and grandfather also attended farmborough school as children.

It was fantastic to have Mrs Ford involved in the 150 year celebrations and we have special memories of that day. heey folks!! merry crimbo!! i cant believe its been 2 years now since ive left!! i went to see nativity today at the cinema and it reminded me of the fun i used to have doin the xmas plays here, i wish they could do something like this at norton hill. i did have a look to see if i could come and see your xmas play but unfortuanatly i was in the forest of dean(brrr it was cold!) hope to come back soon well u never no in a minute ill be in doin work experience thts just how fast time flys!! haha!! hope u all have a brill christmas and a great new year!!! x

Hi it's Allex! I'm in class 4 at the moment and I'm loving it. I love my class and my teacher (Mr Roberts) is GREAT! I've had my tonsils out and I'm missing my class loads. hi everyone, I am really looking forward to the beacon because I think I am going to have a great time with all my friends and teachers from school. I am also looking forward about going to the beacon because it is a holiday where I can do sports games, sleep in the same room as my friends and learn lots of cool thing and different activities. I think it was great that the yr7 wanted to come in on the 04 october 2007 and 05 october 2007
